Exchanges and Store Credits

We happily exchange or offer store credit for purchase if you change your mind providing the following:
– An original receipt (check your email)
– Tags attached to garment
– The garment must be returned in as new condition (un worn & free of any markings or odor)
– Garments returned within 2 week period from purchase
– Customer pays postage to return item to PO BOX 772, Bulimba QLD 4171
– Customers pay postage for new item purchased with exchange/store credit.

If item if defective or damaged please contact us with you order number and photo’s of the defective item.

Before posting an item for exchange or to receive store credit please fill out the form bellow ensuring you include your order number.
